THE TEAM

Phoenix Malta is the first American Football Team in the island of Malta. Founded by Domenico Barbuzza and Orlando Bonnici in 2015, the team is part of the Phoenix Sports Club which also owns Handball and a Volleyball teams. The team started as Flag team and joined in 2017, the National Championship of the Italian Federation FIDAF (Federazione Italiana Di American Football). The purpose of the club is now to promote the Tackle football in the island and build a strong and solid American Football culture.
